5300

by Alex King

Want to keep it simple? It’s all about 5300. If ES e-mini S&P500 futures climb up over 5300 and stay there, then the April equity market correction - which thus far bottomed on Friday 19th - is done. If 5300 remains resistance I would expect to see equities take another leg down. The longer version of this is all explained below!

So let’s get to it. Below we walk through our daily take on all four major US equity indices, plus treasury bonds, oil, volatility (via the Vix) and sector ETFs.
